Web design - existing sites
Good web design and usability walk hand in hand. A site needs to be beautiful, but practicality is just as important. These sites, I feel, represent a strong balance.

The Boo/Who Search engine - This is a fun little search engine that returns zero results on any search. Give it a try. |

Lint Inc. - This is a funny mock-up site based on a false company called Lint Inc. They sell and find uses for lint. |

ShipWreck'd Records - This is my favorite site I have designed. It adds elements of PHP, Xhtml, and Flash to create one heck of a site. It has audio, imagery, and even a place to upload demo songs. |
Cozy Home Country Crafts - This is a database driven site for e-commerce. It was a class project, so you can't actually buy products on here. The design also has a couple of flaws, but I am showcasing the database design of this site. |
